Scoopy Doo runs a fully no-contact pooper scooper service across Chattanooga and North Georgia, so customers do not have to rearrange their schedule, take time off work, or wait for a truck to arrive.
Most customers are not home when Scoopy Doo scoops. At signup, the company collects a gate code or gate location, any pet safety notes, and a phone number for text updates. On service day, the technician lets themself into the yard, scoops every visible pile, checks corners and fence lines dogs use most, and closes the gate on the way out. Customers receive a gate photo showing the gate was closed and secured, plus an on-the-way text before arrival.
No walkthrough or in-person meeting is required.
If a gate is locked and no working code was provided, the technician texts the customer from the driveway rather than skipping the visit silently, so access or rescheduling can be arranged. If a dog is outside and not secured indoors or in a separate area, the technician will not enter the yard for safety reasons, and the visit is rescheduled at no extra charge.
All plans are month-to-month, and customers can pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time. Commercial properties and HOAs can request a custom quote for shared common areas or pet waste stations.
